All ProMortgage consultants have commercial lending experience, however Keith McLaren is our commercial specialist with over 35 years lending experience and he has specialised in commercial and construction over the past 18 years. In 2007 Keith was a finalist in the Mortgage Professional Australia Commercial Broker of the year and 5th out of the top 40 Commercial brokers for 2007 in sales volume.

At ProMortgage we specialise in development and construction funding and can also arrange funding for the purchase or refinance of commercial buildings, office, industrial, hotels, motels, caravan parks and rural properties, basically anything commercial.

We can also arrange Factoring of debtors to provide working capital. This can be a very effective way of improving a business' cash flow and returns.
