About Us

ProMortgage was established in September 1999 in Canberra and opened a 2nd office in Goulburn in September 2002. All ProMortgage staff are experienced in their respective positions and have pride in providing friendly and professional service. All of our consultants hold the minimum education standard Certificate IV in Financial Services, with Keith McLaren, Darryl Woodward, Wayne Pattison & Bob Charlton holding Diploma of Financial Services (Finance/Mortgage Broking Management)

As testament to our ability to service our clients needs ProMortgage was extremely proud to have won the Australian Mortgage Award for Brokerage of the Year (under 10 staff). This is an Australian wide award and we see this as recognition of the quality of service that we provide to our clients and the respect with which we are held within the industry. ProMortgage has access to over 50 financiers and we work on the assumption that if the deal can be done we can do it. Our slogan is “Making Finance Easy” which means that in the vast majority of cases our experience and expertise will make the path to home ownership or refinance as easy and hassle free as possible. We will help you select the product or suite of products that best fits their individual requirements. In many cases more than one consultant will be involved in analysing your requirements to ensure you receive the right information to help you make your decision.

In the commercial area we have arranged finance ranging from a low of $14,000 leases to $30 million commercial deals.
